How many delegates can you seat?
The Mandela Conference Room seats 60 cinema-style, 42 classroom-style and 22 boardroom-style. The Desmond Tutu Conference Room seats 30 classroom-style and 18 in a U-shape.
How many venues are there?
Two conference rooms — the Mandela Room and the Desmond Tutu Room — and a computer lab set up for computer training and exams.
What equipment is included?
A data projector and screen, a flipchart and markers, a portable microphone, a DVD/CD player, surround sound and stationery. Both rooms are air-conditioned; the Mandela Room has a 2 by 4 metre screen and a whiteboard.
Can delegates stay on site?
Yes — thirty en-suite rooms on the same property, with a shuttle to and from the airport and the training venues in town. Ask us for a rate that covers both.
Is there somewhere to unwind between sessions?
A fully licensed bar and three lounges are on the property. Tell us what you need when you enquire.
