The two kinds of account, and what each pays for.

Estate agency — R950 setup, then from R275 a report

The setup covers your logo and branding on every page and PDF, template tailoring, training and unlimited agent seats, and includes your first two reports. Reports are R350 each, or in packs: 5 for R1,675 · 10 for R3,250 · 20 for R6,000 · 50 for R13,750.

Private landlord — R750 a report, no setup

For an owner who lets their own place: one inspection report at a time at the full rate, with no setup fee, no branding and no team seats — those are what the agency setup pays for.

Pricing questions

Do reports in a pack expire?

No. A pack's reports sit on your account until they are used.

What counts as a report?

One completed, signed inspection — ingoing or outgoing — with its PDF. A draft that is never signed is not charged.

Can we change our mind about a pack?

Unused packs are refunded in full. Talk to us.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Setup once, then per report.
